Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruiting for GTM and BizOps roles, including sourcing, screening, and closing candidates Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates Enhance and document hiring processes while partnering with hiring managers
Required Qualifications
4-7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a company with under 500 employees Experience recruiting GTM roles in a B2B SaaS environment Ability to recruit across various role types and quickly understand candidate qualifications Creativity in outbound sourcing and proficiency with recruiting tools Skilled in using data and analytics to inform sourcing strategies
