What you’ll be doing As an Executive Recruiter, you will generate and execute full life‑cycle direct‑hire processes for top‑tier, mid‑to‑senior level professional positions. Your responsibilities include maintaining existing client relationships, sourcing and interviewing candidates, matching candidates to client needs, and delivering excellent service across a remote or hybrid model.
About you
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or five (5) years of professional work experience in lieu of a degree.
High level of adaptability to pivot and meet changing priorities.
Team‑player with a collaborative mindset.
Technically savvy – interested in learning and implementing new technology.
Passionate about helping candidates and clients succeed.
Driven and thrives in a fast‑paced environment.

Compensation
Anticipated salary ranges: $66,300‑$70,000 (state/market dependent).
California – $70,304.
Colorado – $57,783.96 - $70,000.
New York City, Long Island, and Westchester Counties – $66,300 - $70,000.
New York (Other Locations) – $62,353.20 - $70,000.
Washington – $80,168.40.
Benefits Full‑time employment offers medical, dental, vision, term life and AD&D insurance, short‑term and long‑term disability, voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, wellness plans, and a 401(k) plan or a non‑qualified deferred compensation plan. Paid leave includes Personal Time Off (PTO) on an accrual basis up to 152 hours a year, 10 paid holidays, 1 community service day, and up to 6 weeks of paid parental leave. PTO and holiday hours are prorated based on hire date within the calendar year.
