What you'll be doing The Executive Recruiter will manage the full life‑cycle of direct‑hire recruiting for top tier, mid‑to‑senior level professionals. Responsibilities include sourcing, interviewing, and matching candidates to client organizations while maintaining a high sense of urgency, developing new client relationships, and nurturing existing relationships.
About you
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or five (5) years of professional work experience in lieu of a degree.
High level of adaptability to pivot and meet changing priorities.
Team‑player with a collaborative mindset.
Technically savvy—interested in learning and implementing new technology.
Passionate about helping candidates and clients succeed.
Driven and thrives in a fast‑paced environment.

Benefits and Compensation The anticipated salary range is $50,000–$70,000, adjusted by location (see details below). In addition to base salary, the position is eligible for incentive compensation based on performance. Full‑time employment offers medical, dental, vision, term life and AD&D insurance, short‑term and long‑term disability, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, wellness plans, and a 401(k) or non‑qualified deferred compensation plan. Paid leave includes personal time off (PTO) up to 152 hours per year, 10 paid holidays, 1 community service day, and up to 6 weeks of paid parental leave. PTO and holiday hours are prorated based on hire date within the calendar year.
Salary by location:
California – $70,304
Colorado – $57,783.96–$70,000
New York City, Nassau, Suffolk and Westchester Counties – $66,300–$70,000
New York (other locations) – $62,353.20–$70,000
Washington – $80,168.40
