What you’ll be doing
The Executive Recruiter is responsible for executing the full life‑cycle of direct hire recruiting for top‑tier, mid‑to‑senior level professional direct hire job orders for a variety of clients. They manage both client and candidate sides, identify and engage new clients, interview candidates, and match them to suitable organizations. About you
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or five (5) years of professional work experience in lieu of a degree. High level of adaptability to pivot and meet changing priorities. Team‑player with a collaborative mindset. Technically savvy – interested in learning and implementing new technology. Passionate about helping candidates and clients succeed. Driven and thrives in a fast‑paced environment. Friendly competitive spirit and a winning mentality. Ability to work in a remote or hybrid model work environment.
