The Executive Recruiter will execute the entire recruitment process, maintaining urgency, identifying new clients, interviewing candidates, and ensuring a successful match. About you
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or five (5) years of professional experience in lieu of a degree. High level of adaptability to pivot and meet changing priorities. Team player with a collaborative mindset. Technically savvy – interested in learning and implementing new technology. Passionate about helping candidates and clients succeed. Driven and thrives in a fast‑paced environment. Friendly competitive spirit and a winning mentality. Ability to work remote or in a hybrid model.
