Work Schedule:
Monday‑Friday 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM – subject to change; ability to work weekends.
Pay Range:
$18.50 to $19.50 per hour
Travel:
10‑25% of the time

Key Responsibilities
Effectively market and sell self‑storage solutions to potential customers.
Work independently, spending time in the office and on the property.
Maintain general property care, cleaning, and maintenance.
Conduct daily property walks to confirm spaces are ready for rent.
Process payments accurately and handle cash responsibly.
Engage with customers to provide an exceptional experience.
Maintain a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for job duties.
Qualifications
Effective 5/7/25: Must have a Real ID or Passport to travel to the San Antonio training center.
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Walk around the property, spending up to 50% of time outdoors, including climbing stairs and opening large doors.
Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks, such as sweeping, mopping interior areas, and maintaining curb appeal.
