We’re hiring multiple Account Managers to join a high-performing team focused exclusively on IT Cloud and Managed Service Provider (MSP) staffing.
Candidates must be located in DC, MD, or VA and have Staffing/Recruitment experience to be considered.

What You’ll Do
Manage relationships with existing IT and MSP clients
Take job orders and partner with recruiters to fill roles
Submit qualified candidates and drive placements
Act as the primary point of contact for client communication
Build and maintain long-term client partnerships
What We’re Looking For
1+ years of experience in a recruiting or staffing firm (IT staffing preferred)
1+ years of experience in account management or client-facing roles
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Experience in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Must be located in
DC, MD, or VA
Hard-working, collaborative, and dependable in a remote setting
Compensation
Base salary + commission structure
Year 1: $90K – $100K
Year 2: $100K – $130K
Year 3+: $130K – $180K+
