
Human Resources Specialist

We are looking for a versatile and people‑focused Human Resources Specialist to lead our full‑cycle talent management initiatives. This role combines strategic talent acquisition, learning and development, and culture‑building initiatives making it ideal for someone who enjoys building strong teams and creating meaningful development experiences.
Responsibilities
Lead the end‑to‑end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management. Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and create effective recruitment strategies. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing, networking, and relationship building. Design and oversee onboarding programs that reflect company culture, values, and compliance standards. Track and analyze recruiting metrics to improve hiring efficiency and quality. Assess organizational training needs and design impactful learning and development programs. Implement and facilitate learning initiatives that strengthen capabilities and support continuous growth. Partner with leaders on succession planning, career development, and high potential employee programs. Champion a culture of inclusion, feedback, and recognition to strengthen engagement and belonging. Collaborate on organization wide initiatives that reinforce company values, improve employee experience, and build a strong, cohesive culture. Support performance management and engagement initiatives that enhance motivation and retention. Use people analytics and insights to shape strategic workforce planning and HR decision making. KPIs

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience. Strong communication, relationship‑building, and facilitation skills. Proven track record of recruiting and developing high caliber individuals and building successful teams. Experience in designing and leading Talent Management, Organizational Development and operational effectiveness initiatives. Exceptional collaboration skills, strong relationship building and stakeholder management. Discretion, comfort, and confidentiality in working with very sensitive information. Result‑oriented individual who is highly motivated, decisive, flexible in thought, and has the creativity to excel in and contribute to a rapidly growing company. Ability to manage multiple priorities with a high level of organization and attention to detail. Education & Experience
Minimum of 5 years of Human Resource experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Famililarity with HRIS, ATS platforms, preferably in UKG. Benefits
