Job Description

Lead all on-site construction activities, ensuring schedule, safety, and quality targets are met. Coordinate daily with owners, engineers, architects, safety teams, and trade partners. Manage daily huddles, pull-planning sessions, and continuous workflow adjustments based on client changes. Oversee MEP/electrical scope coordination and risk-mitigation in partnership with project management. Support documentation, change orders, and field-level reporting for progress, safety, and issue resolution. The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have: 4+ years' experience in data-center, industrial, or large commercial construction. Strong MEP and electrical coordination background. Thrives in a fast-paced environment; concise communicator who integrates well with diverse teams. Demonstrates accountability, teamwork, and growth-oriented mindset. Able to navigate active construction sites and perform essential physical tasks (stairs, ladders, lifting 30+ lbs).
