What You'll Do:
Answer and handle customer calls
Schedule and manage service appointments
Assist customers with questions and service needs
Coordinate schedules with technicians and internal team
Verify warranty coverage and update customer records
What We're Looking For:
1+ year of customer service, call center, or office experience
Strong phone presence and communication skills
Comfortable guiding conversations and helping customers make decisions
Organized, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Positive, team-oriented attitude
Basic computer skills
