Our client, a real estate organization, is seeking an administrative assistant to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis in North Bethesda, Maryland.
About the Job
Support the Property Operations team to ensure tenant obligations and site standards are met
Serve as a primary point of contact for tenant requests, questions, and issue resolution
Coordinate facilities, janitorial, security, and vendor-related requests
Enter, track, and close work orders; code AP invoices and check requests
Assist with financial reporting, accruals, and expense tracking
Prepare and distribute tenant communications and notifications
Support Property Managers with contracts, vendor documentation, and special projects
About You
Bachelor's degree preferred
4+ years of relevant experience
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time‑management skills
Proven ability to handle data entry accurately and efficiently
Strong multitasking and problem‑solving abilities in a fast‑paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
Experience with property management software preferred

Start Date: ASAP
$30-$31/hr
Perm Salary Range: $60-65K
100% onsite
