Position Overview
Personal Banker at PNC’s Zaragosa Branch, located in El Paso, TX. This role focuses on building the branch customer base through proactive sales, customer experience management, and risk compliance.
Responsibilities
Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
Drive proactive sales conversations through outbound calling, service to sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and lobby engagement, promoting PNC solutions to increase customer loyalty.
Create a differentiated customer experience and grow customer share of wallet by connecting with customers in the lobby and leveraging technology and resources.
Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems efficiently.
Manage risk by adhering to all policies and procedures, exercising sound judgment and adherence to PNC’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
Participate in branch daily operations, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
Candidate Profile
Bilingual Spanish
preferred, but not required.
3+ years of relevant banking or customer service experience, ideally with a college diploma or equivalent or a combination of education, certification, and experience.
