This Personal Banker role is part of the Retail Banking organization and will be based in Troy, MI.
Job Description
Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, managing the customer experience and identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing.
Drive proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions with a defined sales process, including outbound calling, service-to-sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and effective lobby engagement.
Create customer loyalty and grow customer share of wallet through differentiated customer experience and marketing of PNC products.
Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively.
Manage risk through adherence to policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.
Participate in branch daily operations, ensuring efficient and accurate completion.

Roles at this level typically require an associate’s degree or equivalent, related experience, or product knowledge to accomplish primary duties. Typically requires 3+ years of experience. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job‑specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
