Staff Job Description
| Job Description Summary | The IT Support Analyst provides audio/visual hardware, software, installation, troubleshooting and support services for Nazareth University faculty, staff, administration and students, proactively ensuring that the technology operations environment is fully functional and optimized to meet the needs of the campus community on a daily basis. The IT Support Analyst also researches emerging technologies and makes recommendations on design and approach based on user requirements and budget considerations. The IT Support Analyst independently plans and manages cross-functional AV infrastructure projects, and may be designated to act on behalf of the Director, Technology & Media Support Services. Areas of technology focus for this position include: audio/visual technologies (including switchers, projectors, amplifiers, microphones), lecture capture and streaming solutions, video/web conferencing, specialized academic software licensing, digital signage and others as required. |
