What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Achieve sales targets for data center cooling products across North America

Develop and execute strategic business plans in collaboration with leadership

Build and maintain relationships with end-users, engineering firms, and channel partners

Manage sales pipeline and provide updates to management through CRM

Ensure compliance with profitability objectives while maintaining margins

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor's degree highly preferred

Minimum of 5 years of validated sales experience, with at least 2 years in business development within the Data Center sector

Strong understanding of Data Center infrastructure products and applications

Proven negotiation skills and ability to develop positive relationships in assigned regions

Valid driver's license and ability to travel 30-40% of the time

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience selling Data Center/IT precision and liquid cooling solutions

Familiarity with Salesforce.com or similar CRM programs

Ability to conduct customer research to define and quantify opportunities
