What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Achieve deployed sales for data center cooling products across North America while working remotely

Develop and execute strategic business plans in collaboration with leadership

Cultivate and maintain relationships with end-users, engineering firms, and channel partners

Provide regular updates on new business opportunities and sales pipeline status

Drive pricing strategies to maintain margins while ensuring profitability objectives are met

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor's degree highly preferred

Minimum of 5 years of validated sales experience, with at least 2 years in business development in the Data Center sector

Understanding of Data Center infrastructure products, specifically cooling technology and solutions

Experience with Salesforce.com or a similar CRM program

Ability to travel 30-40% of the time and hold a valid driver's license

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Proven ability to negotiate and collaborate effectively in a sales environment

Experience in selling Data Center/IT precision and liquid cooling solutions to diverse customers

Strong research skills to define and quantify opportunities based on customer insights
