What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Achieve deployed sales in North America for data center cooling products across the eastern U.S.
Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute strategic business plans for advanced cooling solutions
Cultivate and maintain relationships with end-users, engineering firms, integrators, and channel partners
Provide regular updates on new business opportunities and sales pipeline status through CRM
Drive pricing strategies while ensuring compliance with profitability objectives
What is Required (Qualifications): Bachelor's degree highly preferred
Minimum of 5 years of validated sales experience, with at least 2 years in business development within the Data Center sector
Understanding of Data Center infrastructure products, preferably with cooling technology experience
Proven ability to negotiate and build positive relationships within assigned account regions
Experience using Salesforce.com or a similar CRM program
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Experience selling Data Center/IT precision and liquid cooling solutions to diverse customer types
Demonstrated ability to define and quantify opportunities through customer research
Ability to travel 30-40% of the time as required
