What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Achieve deployed sales in North America for the data center cooling product line

Develop and execute strategic business plans in collaboration with leadership

Establish and maintain relationships with end-users, engineering firms, and channel partners

Provide sales pipeline updates and forecasts to management using CRM tools

Focus on maintaining margins and compliance with profitability objectives

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor's degree highly preferred

Minimum of 5 years of validated sales experience, with 2 years in business development focused on the Data Center sector

Understanding of Data Center infrastructure products, particularly cooling technology

Demonstrated negotiation skills and ability to develop positive relationships

Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM programs

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience selling Data Center/IT precision and liquid cooling solutions to various customer types

Ability to work independently and travel 30-40% of the time

Valid driver's license
