What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Achieve sales targets for data center cooling products across the eastern U.S.

Develop and execute strategic and tactical business plans in collaboration with leadership

Cultivate and maintain relationships with end-users, engineering firms, and channel partners

Provide regular updates on sales pipeline and account status through CRM

Maintain knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities to drive sales strategies

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor's degree highly preferred

Minimum of 5 years of validated sales experience, with 2+ years in business development in the Data Center sector

Strong understanding of Data Center infrastructure products and applications, especially cooling solutions

Ability to negotiate effectively and build positive relationships in assigned regions

Experience with Salesforce.com or a similar CRM program

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience selling Data Center/IT precision and liquid cooling solutions to various customer types

Proven ability to define and quantify opportunities through customer research

Willingness to travel 30-40% of the time as needed
