What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Achieve sales targets for data center cooling products across North America while working remotely

Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute strategic business plans

Cultivate and maintain relationships with end-users, engineering firms, integrators, and channel partners

Provide regular updates on business opportunities and sales pipeline via CRM

Maintain knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities to drive sales strategies

What is Required (Qualifications):

Bachelor's degree highly preferred

Minimum of 5 years of validated sales experience, with at least 2 years in business development within the Data Center sector

Proven understanding of Data Center infrastructure products and cooling solutions

Ability to negotiate and collaborate effectively in a sales environment

Experience using Salesforce.com or similar CRM software

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience in selling Data Center/IT precision and liquid cooling solutions

Ability to develop positive relationships in assigned account regions

Strong research skills to identify and quantify customer opportunities

Willingness to travel 30-40% of the time

Valid driver's license
