What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Achieve deployed sales for the data center cooling product line across the eastern U.S.

Develop and execute strategic and tactical business plans in collaboration with leadership

Cultivate and maintain relationships with end-users, engineering firms, integrators, and channel partners

Provide regular updates on new business opportunities and sales pipeline to management using CRM

Maintain knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to drive sales and profitability

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor's degree highly preferred

Minimum of 5+ years of validated sales experience with at least 2 years in business development within the Data Center sector

Proven understanding of Data Center infrastructure products and applications, particularly cooling technology

Ability to negotiate and build positive relationships with customers and stakeholders

Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM programs

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience selling Data Center/IT precision and liquid cooling solutions to various customer types

Ability to conduct customer research to define and quantify opportunities

Proven track record of achieving sales goals and managing a sales pipeline effectively

Valid driver's license with willingness to travel 30-40% of the time
