What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Achieve sales targets for data center cooling products across North America while working remotely
Develop and execute strategic business plans in collaboration with leadership
Cultivate relationships with end-users, engineering firms, integrators, and channel partners
Manage the sales pipeline, including prospecting and providing forecasts to management
Maintain knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to drive sales opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor's degree highly preferred
Minimum of 5 years of validated sales experience, with at least 2 years in business development within the Data Center sector
Proven understanding of Data Center infrastructure products and cooling solutions
Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM programs
Ability to travel 30-40% of the time and possess a valid driver's license
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience selling Data Center/IT precision and liquid cooling solutions
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to collaborate and influence decisions
Demonstrated ability to assess trends and translate them into business opportunities
Knowledge of customer research methodologies
Proven track record of developing positive relationships in assigned account regions
