As a Business Development Manager within PNC’s Financial Wellness Solutions, you will be primarily based in Walnut Creek, CA, San Francisco, CA or San Jose, CA.
Job Description
Acquire new clients across financial wellness solutions and grow sales, revenue, and market share.
Acquire, expand, and retain client relationships to generate revenue and deepen share of wallet; handle origination, financial analysis, negotiation, and documentation of non‑credit products and services.
Manage risk/return and drive quality for new and existing clients; identify and mitigate regulatory, reputational, and operational risks.
Provide ideas and insights based on client needs and financial well‑being to increase engagement and loyalty.
Build internal and external networks, including community and industry relationships, to acquire new clients and expand existing ones; leverage sales tools to identify and convert opportunities.
Analyze, evaluate, and inform on financial wellness solutions product knowledge, industry benchmarking, and solution positioning.
Qualifications
Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for the role. Key requirements include:
University/college degree and 3+ years of relevant industry experience.
Strong client relationship building, credit, customer engagement, decision‑making, and financial analysis skills.
Tech‑savvy and proficient in using sales tools.
No required certifications or licenses.
