Job Description
Manage retail construction projects from preconstruction through close-out
Oversee budgets, schedules, quality, and safety on multiple sites
Coordinate architects, engineers, and trade partners across regions
Travel regularly to job sites to support field teams and inspections
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders

The Successful Applicant
5-10 years of construction experience with retail projects
Proven success delivering multi-site or rollout programs
Strong understanding of cost control and fast-track schedules
Willingness to travel extensively from a Cleveland base
Clear communicator with a proactive, hands-on approach
What\'s On Offer
Salary range: $90,000-$135,000 base + bonus and per diem
401(k) and healthcare coverage
Car allowance
