Access and obtain materials, supplies, and equipment from the property’s maintenance department; track inventory, return unused items, and notify the supervisor about re-ordering needs.
Document and finalize service requests accurately and timely for proper tracking.
Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities by cleaning, painting curbs and signage, and performing related tasks as needed.
Support cost-control measures by repairing parts when possible, using materials efficiently, and handling tools properly.
Other Responsibilities
Comply with safety and risk-management policies; attend safety meetings and required trainings; report accidents promptly and accurately.
Periodically inspect work performed by contractors, vendors, and service providers to verify quality and scope alignment with standards.

Compensation and Benefits
The hourly range for this position is $20.00 – $22.00.
Additional compensation: Bonuses may apply depending on role type and performance.
