We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to support high-volume hiring for a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Buffalo Grove. This role will focus on full-cycle recruiting for direct positions across multiple product lines and departments. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting for manufacturing and technical roles and be comfortable managing a high requisition load while partnering closely with internal HR and hiring managers. This is an onsite role requiring consistent collaboration and the ability to move quickly in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruiting for direct manufacturing and technical positions

Support hiring for roles ranging from entry-level to skilled technical positions including:

Machine Operators

Material Handlers

Maintenance Technicians

Process Technicians

Assembly Supervisors

Engineering roles (as needed)

Partner closely with internal HR team and multiple hiring managers across product lines

Source, screen, and qualify candidates for skilled manufacturing positions

Manage up to 35 active requisitions simultaneously

Maintain strong candidate pipelines to support ongoing hiring needs

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Utilize ATS/VMS systems to track candidate activity and hiring progress

Coordinate interview scheduling including virtual and onsite interviews

Help drive recruiting efforts in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Support hiring timelines and ensure requisitions move efficiently

Qualifications

3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in manufacturing or technical environments

Experience recruiting for skilled positions such as technicians, supervisors, and engineers preferred

Manufacturing recruiting experience strongly preferred

Ability to work onsite Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment

Strong collaboration skills with internal HR teams and hiring managers

Experience using applicant tracking systems required

Experience with Workday (ATS/VMS) strongly preferred

Familiarity with VMS systems and Kronos is a plus

Agency recruiting background acceptable with stable work history

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to move quickly and prioritize competing demands
