Qualifications
2+ years of corporate FP&A experience (client will consider hiring a Senior with heavier experience)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; this is a true business partner role with heavy cross-functional interaction
Outgoing, professional, and comfortable presenting financials at all levels
Independent problem solver with strong critical thinking and attention to detail
Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency
Enterprise Performance Management system experience is a plus
Must hold a US Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA is a plus

Budgeting, forecasting, and actuals vs. budget and prior year analysis
Financial reporting packages for internal and management use
Presenting financial results and analysis to senior leadership
Partner with operational management and senior leadership across a fast-growing company with 47 business units
Ad hoc reporting, special projects, and best practices implementation
