Overview

We are hiring a

Customer Service Inbound II

for one of our clients in

Trenton, NJ .
Responsibilities

Answer telephone inquiries on the Division's automated Contact Center
Assist customers inquiries regarding Business tax/employer registry, public business filings and records, Notaries Public, Business Records, Apostilles, and other programs administered by DORES
Make authorized updates to online accounts, e.g., add/end eligibilities, update addresses
Put aside those that require higher level changes
Update business sales tax information application to a non-reporting status within the system
Update tax eligibility in application to add special eligibilities
Skills Required

Computer skills which includes Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
Ability to perform simple data entry
Ability to deal with people patiently
Desired, customer service experience
Call center experience a plus
Education Required

Must Have High School Diploma
Work Hours

37.5 hours a week
1/2-hour lunch (unpaid)
