Summary
We are seeking a Recruiter to support high-volume hiring across a variety of functional and non‑IT roles. This position is ideal for someone early in their recruiting career who thrives in a fast‑paced agency environment, is comfortable working on multiple requisitions, and is motivated by delivery and performance. The recruiter will focus on candidate sourcing, screening, and coordination while working closely with internal leadership and delivery teams.
Job Description
Own and manage a consistent requisition load, supporting high‑volume hiring across multiple functional job categories
Source candidates proactively using job boards, resume databases, referrals, and outbound outreach to build active pipelines
Screen and qualify candidates against job requirements, focusing on experience, role alignment, compensation expectations, and availability
Drive candidate submissions with a focus on quality, speed, and alignment to hiring needs
Maintain active pipelines for priority roles, ensuring consistent flow of qualified candidates
Coordinate interviews and follow‑ups, ensuring timely movement of candidates through the hiring process
Track and manage candidate activity within the ATS, maintaining accurate and up‑to‑date records
Ensure consistent candidate communication, including status updates, feedback, and engagement throughout the process
Partner with internal team leads to understand role priorities, feedback trends, and hiring challenges
Meet defined performance metrics, including submittals, interview conversions, and placements (as applicable)
Identify and escalate challenges related to candidate quality, market availability, or hiring delays
Support multiple open roles simultaneously while maintaining speed, organization, and attention to detail
Requirements
1–3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in an agency or staffing environment
Experience working on high‑volume roles (non‑IT or functional hiring preferred)
Familiarity with job boards and sourcing techniques
Basic experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple roles and candidates simultaneously
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment
High level of organization and attention to detail
