
Project Manager

This role oversees and delivers complex construction projects across residential, commercial, and government sectors. The Project Manager leads cross-functional teams and ensures projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and in alignment with client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring quality, accuracy, and efficiency.
Lead coordination between internal teams, clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
Develop project schedules, budgets, and work plans; assign tasks based on team strengths and timelines.
Review plans, specifications, and contracts; perform cost analysis and support estimating efforts.
Monitor project financials, track changes, and manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
Identify risks, recommend mitigation strategies, and escalate issues when necessary.
Run project meetings, maintain documentation, and ensure all records are properly filed.
Oversee project closeout, including punch lists and as-built documentation.
Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, codes, and contract requirements.
Travel to job sites as needed.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of construction project management experience.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
Strong knowledge of construction drawings, including MEP systems.
Proficiency with project management software, Microsoft Office, and PDF tools.
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and lead teams effectively.
Experience with healthcare construction or LEED is a plus.
Valid driver’s license required.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to work at a desk and on a computer for extended periods.
Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
Comfortable navigating active construction sites, including uneven terrain and ladders.
