Position Overview
The Project Manager will be responsible for leading projects from preconstruction through completion, ensuring they are delivered
on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards .
Key Responsibilities
Manage all phases of ground-up commercial construction projects
Oversee budgets, schedules, and project financials
Lead subcontractor selection, negotiation, and management
Coordinate with clients, architects, and internal teams
Handle RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Provide leadership and mentorship to project engineers and support staff
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management
Proven experience with ground-up projects
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and documentation
Proficiency in software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or similar
Excellent communication and leadership skills
