What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Achieve deployed sales for data center cooling products across the central U.S.

Develop and execute strategic business plans in collaboration with leadership

Cultivate relationships with end-users, engineering firms, integrators, and channel partners

Provide regular updates on sales pipeline and account status using CRM tools

Maintain knowledge of industry relationships and competitor activities

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor's degree highly preferred

Minimum of 5+ years of validated sales experience, with 2+ years in business development focused on Data Center solutions

Understanding of Data Center infrastructure products, particularly cooling technology

Demonstrated ability to negotiate and collaborate effectively in a sales environment

Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM programs

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience selling Data Center/IT precision and liquid cooling solutions

Ability to define and quantify opportunities through customer research

Proven track record of developing positive relationships in assigned account regions

Willingness to travel 30-40% of the time as required
