What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Achieve deployed sales for data center cooling products across North America while working remotely

Develop and execute strategic business plans in collaboration with leadership

Build and maintain relationships with end-users, engineering firms, integrators, and channel partners

Provide regular updates on new business opportunities and sales pipeline to management

Analyze industry trends and maintain knowledge of competitors’ activities to drive sales strategies

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor's degree highly preferred

Minimum of 5 years of validated sales experience, with at least 2 years in business development within the Data Center sector

Strong understanding of Data Center infrastructure products and cooling technology

Proven negotiation skills and ability to develop positive relationships with customers

Experience using Salesforce.com or similar CRM software

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience selling Data Center/IT precision and liquid cooling solutions to a variety of customers

Ability to define and quantify opportunities through customer research

Willingness to travel 30-40% of the time as required
