What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Achieve sales targets for the data center cooling product line across North America
Develop and execute strategic business plans in collaboration with leadership
Maintain relationships with end-users, engineering firms, integrators, and channel partners
Provide regular updates on sales pipeline and account status using CRM
Enhance team performance through professional development and understanding client needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor's degree highly preferred
Minimum of 5 years of validated sales experience, with at least 2 years in business development in the Data Center sector
Strong understanding of Data Center infrastructure products and cooling technology
Proven ability to negotiate and collaborate effectively in a selling environment
Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM programs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience selling Data Center/IT precision and liquid cooling solutions
Ability to define and quantify opportunities through customer research
Proven track record of developing positive relationships in assigned account regions
Willingness to travel 30-40% of the time
