Responsibilities
As a staff nurse, you will manage the operations of your assigned unit, ensuring residents receive a high standard of care. Your duties include supervising clinical staff, providing guidance and education, fostering a positive culture, maintaining infection prevention practices, and ensuring adequate staffing for residents' needs.
Qualifications
Applicants must hold an unencumbered State of Iowa (or compact state) Registered Nurse license. Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility is preferred.
