We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our Store Development team in delivering retail construction and capital projects across our portfolio. This role is a key partner to the Store Development Manager, helping drive execution across new store builds, remodels, relocations, and other CapEx initiatives.

Responsibilities
Project Coordination
Support execution of multiple retail CapEx projects from kickoff through closeout

Track timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure projects stay on schedule

Maintain project trackers, dashboards, and status reports

Operations & Administration
Manage project documentation including invoices, approvals, and construction files

Upload and track construction invoices and maintain accurate records

Assist with monthly reporting, project updates, and executive presentations

Cross-Functional Coordination
Partner with internal teams, field leadership, and external vendors to ensure alignment

Facilitate communication around approvals, project updates, and required deliverables

Coordinate receipt of project photos, documentation, and compliance items

Assist with budget tracking, invoice management, and reconciliation processes

Support reporting on project performance and flag potential risks or discrepancies

Quality & Compliance
Help ensure all required documentation, approvals, and audits are completed

Support adherence to company standards and processes across all projects

Qualifications
2–5 years of experience in project coordination, construction support, or similar role

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once

High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with project tracking tools is a plus

Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams
