HR Coordinator Opportunity
This role focuses on managing and optimizing essential HR processes, ensuring policy compliance, and providing operational support for benefits administration, including troubleshooting and issue resolution. A key responsibility is data integrity, maintaining precise records in HR systems, generating reports, and processing documentation to ensure smooth operations. The position also involves handling diverse HR clerical tasks, leveraging deep organizational and operational expertise.
What will you do?
Manage and optimize day-to-day HR processes, ensure policy compliance, maintain documentation, and support efficient workflow execution.
Administer benefits programs, handle employee inquiries, coordinate with vendors, and resolve issues related to enrollment, changes, and eligibility.
Maintain accurate employee records, manage HR systems updates, run reports, ensure data integrity, and support audits and compliance requirements.
Perform a variety of clerical tasks including documentation, recordkeeping, tracking requests, and supporting general HR operations.
Act as a liaison between HR, managers, and employees to address questions, provide guidance, and ensure a positive employee experience.
Identify opportunities for workflow improvements, support system enhancements, and mentor junior coordinators.

The good-faith expected salary range for the above position is $55,000 - $85,000 depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate's experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs. This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan.
