HIRING IMMEDIATELY
We are currently hiring Flex Security Officers in the Sanford, North Carolina area. This on‑call/as‑needed position requires open availability and offers a pay rate of $21.00/hr, paid weekly.
Requirements
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Must be able to pass any state‑required training or licensing qualifications.
Must handle diverse personalities and maintain self‑control.
Excellent report writing and oral communication skills.
Must work any shift, including weekends, nights, holidays, and extended hours if required.
Duties
Operate access control systems.
Conduct vehicle and walking patrols.
Attend to client guests and visitors.
Maintain daily logs and reports.
Ensure timely completion of all duties.
Track deliveries from various services.
Flex Officer Explanation
The Flex Officer role is essential to our operational and financial success. Flex Officers provide trained, competent support by covering shifts that become open due to illness, call‑offs, weather, vacation, or other causes, ensuring continuous service for our customers.
Scheduling Expectations
As a Flex Officer, you will be trained at multiple posts and/or facilities based on operational need. Your schedule will vary and may be offered shifts as they become available. You are expected to work any shift for which you are scheduled, with at least 80% coverage of short‑notice call‑ins and a limit of no more than 20% refusal of such shifts.
A Security Officer may perform duties specified by Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). You must become and remain extremely knowledgeable of these directives and act quickly and efficiently.
