Position
Utility / Flex Security Officer (On‑call)
Location: Charlotte, NC
Pay: $19.63/hr, paid weekly.
Responsibilities
Maintain detailed notes on all sites trained at, to provide seamless service when covering posts.
Work independently and keep accurate time records for posts worked; submit reports to Operations Manager no later than 10:00 AM on Fridays.
Report all concerns and incidents to management.
Maintain reliable means of communication for management contact.
Volunteer for shifts as they become available due to staff shortages or client requests, covering short‑notice call‑ins for at least 80 % of scheduled shifts.
Work any shift scheduled in advance that falls within described availability; communicate any unavailability promptly.
Read and become knowledgeable of Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and execute duties accordingly.
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in security, military, and/or law enforcement.
Friendly and professional demeanor.
Ability to work independently and manage shift schedules.
Reliable means of communication.
