Maintenance Supervisor – Beaumont Grand
Beaumont Grand is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and perform technical and mechanical work that ensures the inside and external buildings, ground, amenities, and common areas meet the company’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality.

Responsibilities

Assist and complete resident work orders and routine upkeep, diagnosing defects and making repairs in accordance with established policies, safety standards, and code requirements.

Oversee and complete the make‑ready process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspection, punch list creation, vendor scheduling, and final inspection.

Develop and maintain standards for cleanliness and appearance of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, unit interiors, breezeways, signage, leasing office, and other common areas.

Periodically inspect work performed by service team members, contractors, vendors, and other providers to verify quality, scope, and compliance.

Maintain adequate inventory of spare parts and maintenance materials and work with the Community Manager to order supplies within budget.

Complete monthly preventive maintenance procedures per policy and procedure manual.

Assist the Community Manager in developing the budget for regular repair, maintenance, and capital projects.

Support cost‑cutting and expense control programs by repairing rather than replacing parts, using tools efficiently, and avoiding waste.

Conduct scheduled safety meetings, maintain current MSDS sheets, and ensure compliance with OSHA and related regulations.

Demonstrate customer‑service skills by treating residents and others with respect, answering questions, responding sensitively to complaints, and completing assignments with efficiency and urgency.

Qualifications

Vast maintenance management experience in multifamily housing.

Knowledge of hot water heater repair and maintenance; carpentry skills required; background on roofing materials (shingle to BUR membrane and EPDM) highly preferred.

Proficient in safe use and maintenance of hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment.

Proficient in MS Office Suite and property management software (Yardi or One Site).

High level of professionalism in manner and dress.

Ability to supervise up to 5 employees.

Compensation
The hourly range for this position is $32.96 – $39.78. In addition to base pay, the role may be eligible for quarterly or annual bonus programs for corporate positions, and weekly, monthly, or quarterly bonus programs for onsite property positions.
