Overview
We are hiring private piano instructors in Wichita, KS. Lessons can be conducted in the student’s home, your studio, or via webcam. We provide marketing, billing, and advertising support so you can focus on teaching.
Compensation & Schedule
Pay: $20–$30 per hour, paid as an independent contractor, based on experience, travel time, and student retention.
Schedule: Set your own hours. You have the freedom to design your curriculum and lesson plans.
Responsibilities
Provide private music lessons to students in the Wichita, KS area.
Travel to students’ homes or perform lessons remotely via webcam, as needed.
Maintain timely and clear communication with our office.
Plan and organize lesson materials appropriate to each student’s level.
Qualifications
Some formal music training preferred, but not required.
Must have either a degree in music, enrollment in a music program, professional performing experience, or prior teaching experience.
Good communication skills and punctuality.
Daily Ethical and Safety Standards
Wear a mask, sanitize hands, and practice social distancing when necessary.
