Project Manager
The Project Manager is responsible for the successful planning, execution, financial performance, and completion of HVAC construction projects. This role oversees projects from award through closeout, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact for customers and leads coordination among field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute HVAC construction projects efficiently.

Monitor and ensure financial performance and budget compliance.

Oversee project completion, ensuring adherence to safety, schedule, and quality standards.

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and stakeholders.

Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Manage change orders, risk management, and compliance processes.

Essential Skills

Experience in project management and construction management.

Knowledge of HVAC construction and commercial construction.

Expertise in budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.

Proficiency in scheduling, resource planning, and client & stakeholder management.

Strong leadership and team development skills.

Ability to handle change order management and risk management.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Ability to manage multiple HVAC construction projects simultaneously.

Strong understanding of permits, inspections, and applicable codes.

Capability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and HVAC industry standards.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Work Environment
The work environment combines office coordination and active construction job sites, with exposure to outdoor conditions, noise, dust, heat, and inclement weather. Personal safety gear is required when on job sites. Regular interaction with moving mechanical parts and equipment is expected.

Job Type & Location
Contract to Hire position based out of Tulsa, OK.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $43.00/hr.
