Responsibilities
Perform initial and ongoing physical therapy evaluations for residents in a skilled setting
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence
Deliver evidence‑based therapy interventions and adjust plans based on patient progress
Document outcomes and communicate progress with the interdisciplinary care team
Educate patients and families on exercises, safety, and home exercise programs; participate in discharge planning as appropriate
Requirements
Ability to work in a skilled nursing facility setting
Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills
Effective communication and collaboration with a multidisciplinary care team
Eligibility to work in the United States
Availability to commit to a 13‑week travel assignment with 36 guaranteed hours per week
Flexibility to work the 08:00–16:30 schedule as required
