Job Summary
The Business Analyst will work closely with business and technology stakeholders within the banking domain to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and translate them into clear functional and technical specifications. The role requires strong domain knowledge in banking and the ability to support solution design and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze business processes, workflows, and systems within the banking domain
Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
Support requirement clarification, change management, and impact analysis
Assist in solution design by translating business needs into clear specifications
Participate in meetings, workshops, and requirement walkthroughs with stakeholders
Ensure requirements align with business objectives and regulatory standards
Required Skills & Experience
Strong experience as a Business Analyst in the banking domain
Proven ability in business analysis, requirement gathering, and documentation
Understanding of banking processes, products, and systems
Experience working with cross-functional teams
Competencies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Preferred Skills
Exposure to core banking systems or financial applications
