Salary Range:
$52,000 - $84,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
Perform on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of manufacturing equipment.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software issues in production machinery.
Conduct preventive maintenance and calibration to ensure optimal equipment performance.
Document service activities, including repairs, parts used, and time spent.
Provide technical support and training to clients on equipment operation and maintenance.
Adhere to safety protocols and company policies during all field service operations.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve complex technical problems.
Recommended Qualifications
Associate's degree in a technical field (e.g., electronics, mechatronics, industrial maintenance) or equivalent experience.
3+ years of experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial machinery or automation equipment.
Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude, including the ability to read schematics and technical manuals.
Proficiency with diagnostic tools, multimeters, calipers, and other relevant hand tools.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently to customer sites.
Bonus Qualifications
Experience with lean manufacturing principles or continuous improvement methodologies.
Certifications in specialized areas like robotics, PLCs, or advanced automation.
Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) for work order management and reporting.
Ability to interpret and create technical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams using CAD software.
