Client in the safety industry is seeking a Construction Billing Specialist to manage change orders, time and materials billing, and job costing within a fast-paced project environment. Salary is $50-$55k, DOE

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CONSTRUCTION BILLING SPECIALIST
- The Construction Billing Specialist will modify and incorporate approved change orders into project budgets and internal systems
- The Construction Billing Specialist will calculate and process time and materials billing by verifying signed timesheets and allocating labor and materials to job codes
- Track and transfer project costs including labor, inventory, and materials to ensure accurate job costing
- Upload change order requests and billing documentation into client systems while maintaining internal tracking
- Support daily administrative and billing functions related to active construction projects
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION BILLING SPECIALIST
- Must have construction billing or job costing experience
- Experience with time and materials billing required, AIA billing a plus
- Foundation software experience a plus
- Intermediate Excel skills required
