Key Responsibilities
• Process bi‑weekly payroll for staff and weekly payroll for field/federal contract employees
• Administer payroll using Sage 100 Contractor (formerly Master Builder)
• Reconcile time punches via Collection Cloud and mobile field apps
• Handle new hire onboarding: applications, E‑Verify, background checks
• Manage payroll taxes, unemployment claims, and employee verifications
• Process 401(k) and HSA deductions
• Support certified payroll reporting (training provided)

• 2–3+ years of payroll experience
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) required
• Comfortable being on the phone and interacting with employees daily
