Key Responsibilities for the Payroll Administrator:


• Process bi-weekly payroll accurately for multi-employee nonprofit workforce
• Ensure compliance with federal, state (California), and local payroll regulations
• Manage payroll taxes, deductions, garnishments, and benefit-related withholdings
• Reconcile payroll reports and support audits as needed
• Partner with HR on employee changes, onboarding, and offboarding payroll actions

Qualifications for the Payroll Administrator:


• Payroll administration experience
• Experience with payroll systems and timekeeping platforms
• Strong attention to detail with proven accuracy in payroll processing
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
