Spectrum System Administrator
Location: North Denver
We are seeking an experienced Spectrum System Administrator to join on a contract basis to support critical ERP operations. This role is responsible for stabilizing Spectrum workflows, troubleshooting urgent system issues, and supporting end users during a period of transition.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on Spectrum expert who can step in quickly, operate independently, and bring strong understanding of accounting and process documentation skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, and troubleshoot Spectrum workflows and job setups
- Triage and resolve Spectrum-related issues for field, finance, and operations users
- Serve as the primary Spectrum subject matter expert across the organization
- Validate data, resolve posting or billing issues, and support job cost and accounting workflows
- Create, update, and maintain system and process documentation
- Provide ad hoc user training and support
- Assist with data imports/exports, Excel templates, and legacy conversion troubleshooting as needed
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on Spectrum system administration experience
- Strong Excel skills, including data imports/exports and template management
- Ability to document processes clearly and effectively
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, lean environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience training end users across multiple locations or remotely
- Exposure to other construction ERP platforms
- Background in systems implementations, Agile, or project-based delivery
