WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Maintain customer account ledgers and ensure accurate posting of AR transactions


• The AR Specialist will process and apply customer payments, including cash, checks, and credit cards


• Reconcile account activity and resolve discrepancies as needed


• The AR Specialist will prepare daily bank deposits and maintain supporting documentation


• Generate AR reporting, including collections tracking and updates


• Support collections efforts and follow up on outstanding balances


• The AR Specialist will assist with additional accounting tasks and special projects as needed

QUALIFICATIONS OF THE AR SPECIALIST ROLE:

• 3+ years of accounts receivable experience


• Strong Microsoft Excel and Office Suite skills


• Experience with accounting systems; Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics/Business Central preferred


• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy and confidentiality


• Ability to work independently within a structured environment
